Bill Tremblay of Carpet Cleaning Experts takes delivery of new equipment in May. Greg Turcotte went on location in Rhode Island USA, and spent a day with him and his staff going over things again. Bill and Joe had previously taken us up on our invitation to see our equipment in operation in Michigan.

Bill processes 40-50 rugs a day with Centrum Star wash tub and the Centri-Maxx® rug wringing centrifuge. The Wolverine Duster, not pictured here, has added to their quest of producing quality results.

Bill had acquired previously a 20 pole rug hanging system, but used a wash pit and truck mounted extractors. Now with the new equipment, he can fill-up his hanging poles with almost no post fringe touch-ups. The combination of a better, thorough wash together with what the wringer provides in 3 minutes or less, not only creates excellent visual results, but is time saving also!

"We've been using the Wolverine Duster, the Centum Star washer and the centrifuge wringer for about 3 weeks now. The finish product is extremely good. We are able to remove much more soil, sand and spots as compared to the extraction method. The fringes require little or no detailing after going through the system. The colors on the rugs are much brighter. For example with this system we rewashed an antique Heriz that we had done a few times with the extraction method. The difference was unmistakeable. The colors now seem to jump out of the rug. Other difficult rugs have been made easy with this method (For example: cotton rugs, dhurrie rugs, flokati rugs, etc.)"

I know you both very well and that is the reason I came to you to buy my Drying tower and the Centri-Maxx®. I know your high level of integrity and commitment to quality. You will always deliver only the highest quality products. Everything you have said about the Centri-Maxx® is true. I could not believe the amount of water that came out of the rug. When I pulled it out of the wringer I could not believe how dry it felt. It took half the time in the drying room than it used to, and I did not have to do any fringe correcting. They were clean and white, no browning anywhere. The other thing that I was amazed at was the softness to the rug. This machine has saved me a lot of time in detailing after the cleaning process."

One Year Later...

"I have had my Centri-Maxx for about a year now, and I can say it has made my rug cleaning easier and cleaner. I no longer waste time re-cleaning fringe as the Centri-Maxx spins out most of the water in the rug. The rugs are drier going into the drying room, which cuts the drying time down. The rugs have a very soft hand to them as the spinning action will spin out the last of the any residue with the water. Therefore, no deposits left in the rug to make the fibers fell stiff. My clients are very pleased with the look and feel of their rugs."

"I purchased the Wolverine Rug Duster early this year and have had ample time to use and get accustomed to it. The amount of dry particulate soil that I get out now is quite amazing. No amount of vacuuming the back of the carpet can come close to the result of the wolverine. The rollers are great for holding the end of the carpet in place, and the versatility of the handle and trigger makes it easy and gives great control. When I want to run the machine without holding the trigger, I just use a Velcro strap. The only downside is that you will have to sweep the floor more often."
